The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing healthy functional kimchi containing tomato. The method includes: a step (a) of making salted vegetables by salting main ingredients of kimchi with a mixture including salt, halophyte powder, anchovy powder, and shrimp powder and then washing the ingredients; a step (b) of making a stock by boiling spring onion roots, large-eyed herring, kelp, onions, and pears and then sieving the ingredients; a step (c) of preparing glutinous rice taste by adding glutinous rice powder to the stock, making a sauce by mixing cooled barley rice, raw tomatoes, pear flesh, garlic, ginger, sea staghorn, dried chili peppers, and salted seafood, and mixing the sauce with chili pepper powder to make basic seasoning; a step (d) of making tomato kimchi stuffing by mixing the basic seasoning with sub vegetable ingredients, tomato powder, fermented apple liquid, and fermented shiitake mushroom liquid; and a step (e) of making kimchi by mixing the salted vegetables ...
