Herein, each of the plurality of coils may have a stepped structure so that a cross-sectional area thereof increases as the distance from the inner structure increases. By winding the coil in a shape having the stepped structure, the magnet for the ECR ion source device is capable of distributing an area receiving electromagnetic force, and a wedge is capable of obtaining a self-locking force by reducing an angle at which the wedge is inserted inbetween the coils.
