The present invention relates to a method for immobilizing target materials, preferably probiotics, proteins, and drugs, in a nanocellulose carrier by using bioprinting technology, and to a method for selectively releasing a target material in vivo using the carrier manufactured by the method. According to the present invention, a nanocellulose as a carrier can be used for food by having excellent biocompatibility as an organic synthetic fiber, and can be easily transferred by having excellent acid resistance, bile resistance, and mechanical properties.
