The present invention relates to a method for preparing warm raw fish in water and warm raw fish in water prepared by the same. The method for preparing warm raw fish in water comprises the following steps: 1) preparing first broth by boiling beef brisket and beef ribs bones and then mixing sweet potatoes, carrots, cabbages, kelp, onions, radishes, and licorice with the boiled beef brisket and beef ribs bones; 2) preparing dongchimi (water-based radish kimchi) by salting radishes with rough salt, parsley, charcoal, leek and, hot pepper, and then aging the same; 3) preparing a fruit ground product by grinding and aging pears, apples, pineapples, lemons, and sweet potatoes; 4) preparing sauce by mixing and aging red pepper paste, starchy syrup, sugar, Joongcheong red pepper powder, ginger, garlic, a green plum extract, glacial acetic acid, a pomegranate extract, apple vinegar, salt, soda, and water obtained by brewing a green tea bag; and 5) preparing final broth by mixing all the first broth ...
