... 본 발명은 타일 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로서, 강의 생산 공정 중 발생하는 슬래그와 산업 부산물이 배합되어 제조되며, 타일 몸체는 45 내지 55 중량%의 이산화규소(SiO2), 10 내지 15 중량%의 철 산화물(Fe2O3), 10 내지 15 중량%의 산화알루미늄(Al2O3), 8 내지 13 중량%의 칼슘 산화물(CaO) 및 10 내지 15 중량%의 마그네슘 산화물(MgO)의 주요 성분 및 기타 불가피하게 섞인 불순물을 함유하고, 강의 생산 공정 중 발생하는 슬래그 및 산업 부산물을 마련하는 과정, 슬래그와 부산물을 측량하고, 상기 범위를 함유하도록 주요성분의 조성비를 제어하는 과정, 슬래그와 부산물을 배합하는 과정, 조성물을 용융하는 과정, 용융물을 보온하는 과정, 용융물을 타일 형상으로 성형하는 과정 및 성형물을 열처리하는 과정을 통해 고강도 및 내마모성이 우수한 타일을 제조할 수 있다. 따라서, 본 발명에 의해 제작된 타일은 휘석 계통의 결정상을 가짐으로써 종래의 바잘트 타일을 대체할 수 있어, 천연광석인 현무암을 보호할 수 있으며, 수입되는 바잘트 파이프의 원자재 가격 부담도 감소시킬 수 있다. 또한, 각종 슬래그 및 산업 부산물을 타일로 제작하여 확대 적용할 수 있어, 부가가치가 높은 고수익성의 신규 용도 창출이 가능하며, 슬래그 및 산업 부산물을 폐기 또는 매립하기 위한 비용을 절약할 수 있고, 타일을 낮은 가격으로 생산하는 것이 가능하다.

... 본 발명에 따른 용강 처리 장치는 내부로 용강이 주입되는 제 1 용기, 제 1 용기 내부에 설치되며, 상기 제 1 용기로부터 제공된 용강을 액적으로 형성하며, 내부에서 상기 액적에 대한 탈산이 진행하는 제 2 용기 및 적어도 일부가 상기 제 2 용기 내부로 삽입되도록 설치되며, 상기 제 2 용기 내부로 탈산 가스를 공급하는 튜브를 포함한다. 따라서, 본 발명의 실시형태들에 의하면, Si에 의해 1차 탈산된 용강에 대해 Mg 가스를 이용한 2차 탈산 및 슬래그를 통한 개재물 제거를 실시하였다. 이에, 종래와 같이 Si 만으로 탈산을 진행할 때에 비해 산소 농도를 10ppm 이하로 낮출수 있다. 따라서, 함유된 산소가 10ppm 이하로 아주 낮기 때문에, 주조 과정에서 온도가 하락하더라도, 개재물을 형성하는 원인이 되는 잔존 산소의 종래에 비해 낮기 때문에 개재물의 형성이 종래에 비해 억제된다.
