... 본 발명은 수산동물의 개체수를 측정하기 위한 수산동물 계수 장치를 제공하는 것이다. 본 발명은 측정대상 수산동물이 유입되어 배출되기까지의 경로를 형성하는 메인바디와, 상기 메인바디의 일측에 구비되어 유입되는 수산동물을 감지하는 적외선 검출부와, 상기 적외선 검출부와 이격된 위치에서 상기 메인바디로 유입되는 수산동물을 감지하는 라인스캔 검출부와, 상기 적외선 검출부와 라인스캔 검출부의 검출결과에 가중치를 부여하고, 이를 취합하여 상기 메인바디를 통과한 수산동물의 최종 개체수를 추정하는 메인제어부를 포함하여 구성된다. 이와 같은 본 발명에 의하면, 측정대상 수산동물의 크기 및 종류에 관계없이 메인바디 내부로 유입되는 수산동물을 적외선 검출부와 라인스캔 검출부를 통해 검출하고, 이를 조합한 검출 결과를 디스플레이를 통해 출력함으로써 정확도가 향상된 측정 결과를 사용자가 용이하게 확인할 수 있다.
