The present invention provides a hybrid powder coating material. The hybrid powder coating material comprises an ethylenic resin composition and an epoxy resin composition. The ethylenic resin composition and the epoxy resin composition are mixed at a weight ratio of 10:90-90:10. The ethylenic resin composition may include a modified polyethylene, polyethylene resin and elastomer. The epoxy resin composition may include an epoxy resin and epoxy curing agent. The hybrid powder coating material has excellent physical properties, such as gloss, adhesion strength, impact strength, negative electrode releasability, surface roughness, surface hardness, or the like. The hybrid powder coating material may be formed as micropowder having a size of about 100 μm or less, and can form a coating film easily and uniformly even on a non-uniform surface.
