The present invention relates to a mold apparatus for forming an aluminum alloy cross member for an automobile. That is, according to the present invention, a metal material applied to the cross member for an automobile can be replaced with an aluminum alloy (TL100C) material instead of a conventional steel material, thereby ensuring both weight saving and stability of an automobile body. Particularly, the present invention establishes a molding progressive process analysis technique for an aluminum alloy sheet through a molding analysis, shape and thickness distribution, stress distribution prediction, and molding defect (scratches, seizure phenomenon, springback, etc.) prediction in consideration of characteristics of an aluminum alloy sheet molding process.
