Provided are a synthesizing method for a biocompatible collagen, a biocompatible collagen synthesized thereby, and a medical biomaterial comprising the biocompatible collagen of the present invention. The biocompatible collagen, which is extracted from a transgenic swine in which a gene related to an immune rejection (α-gal) is deleted, does not induce a hyper-acute vascular rejection or a cell-mediated immune rejection if applying to human body, ensuring to safely apply to the human body than existing raw collagen materials. The biocompatible collagen in the present invention possesses a high biocompatibility and barely shows a possibility of disease propagation. According to the present invention, it is possible to remarkably cut back on a source of environmental pollution by recycling skin of the transgenic swine which were all discarded after a use of organs so far.
