The method comprises the following steps: acquiring an initial target parameter of a network layer; reducing the bit width of the initial target parameter to obtain a quantized target parameter; determining the weight of the initial target parameter; determining a quantization error between the quantization target parameter and the initial target parameter; minimizing the quantization error according to the weight of the initial target parameter to obtain a quantization threshold value; and quantizing the network layer according to the quantization threshold. According to the method, based on the weight of the initial target parameter, the quantization error of the important parameter is preferentially reduced, the precision of the important parameter is guaranteed, and the precision of the quantized neural network is improved.
