In accordance with the present disclosure, a compression gasket may comprise soft rubber portion that applies pressure against a window surface. The overlap range defines the range to which the device can be shortened or lengthened to fit a particular installation. A flashing system and a method of installing flashing are also disclosed. 1. A flashing device comprising:a first piece of shaped material having a length and opposite lateral side edges;a second piece of shaped material having a length and opposite lateral side edges;said opposite lateral side edges of said first and second pieces each having a hemmed edge formed thereon;said first piece having closed hems with bend angles greater than partially open hems of said second piece; andwherein said first piece overlaps said second piece and said closed hem and said partially open hem on each opposite lateral side edge are nested with one another.2. Insulating material supply device (1) comprises separate tubes (8, 9), supplying polyol component (A) and component (B) containing isocyanate, which are mixed together with supplied air inside mixing chamber (4) of device (2) for forming and discharging polyurethane to obtain the required insulating material. Polyurethane feed assembly starts feeding a profile assembly at one end, having length in accordance with the industry standard, and moves back to fill the cavity with polyurethane insulating material. Method of making foamed polyurethane for insulation involves a step for feeding foamed polyurethane material with components (A) and (B) inside the cavity. The plastic insulation bar is formed from a thermoplastic composition that includes about 5 to about 9 weight percent of a compatibilized polyamide-poly(arylene ether) composition, and about 5 to about 45 weight percent of hollow glass beads. The hollow glass beads used in the thermoplastic composition have a volume-average diameter of about 20 to about 60 micrometers, a true density of about 0.3 to about 0. grams per milliliter, and an isostatic crush strength of about 30 to about 60 megapascals. The thermoplastic composition includes less than 5 weight percent of fibrous reinforcement. The thermoplastic composition includes less than 5 weight percent of fibrous reinforcement. The sliding window seal (5) is mounted on the window glass perimeter and housed inside the window frame (2). The elastomere or thermoplastic seal has a U shaped bottom wall (5a) and two lateral walls (5b) which are separated by a distance corresponding to the thickness of the window glass (3). The seal is fixed by means of paste glue (10) which is housed in a variable volume cavity (11) in the seal. This paste glue flows in the direction of the glass after being compressed in the cavity during mounting of the seal on the glass. There is a cavity in the internal face of each of the lateral walls of the seal. Each cavity is extended by a deformable rib (13) which extends beyond the each lateral wall. The seal also has lips (15) which deform when in contact with the glass and ensure sealing. The seal is prevented from being wrenched away from the window glass by a simple paste glue.

The present invention relates to a sliding door (1), intended to equip a room such as in particular a shed, comprising a tubular frame (3) supporting at least one panel (2) and adapted to be connected to sliding means of said door (1), said tubular framework (3) being at least formed by an upper cross member (4) extending along the upper edge (5) of said panel (2) and connected to two lateral uprights (9, 10) extending respectively along each of the side edges (12, 13) of the panel (2). It is characterized in that said upper cross member (4) and said lateral uprights (9, 10) comprise at least one aperture adapted to allow the evacuation of any particles introduced into their internal volume.

The universal sealing joint is for use with plates and comprises a first part of stiff plastic (1) fitting in the seating. It anchors the seal in position while a second part of flexible plastic (2) is fitted outside the seating and acts as the seal against the glass. The two parts are joined together by co-extrusion. There is an elastic mounting on the stiff section, which engages with the seating. This is of wedge-shaped cross-section in the lower part and extends at one side at the top to join onto the flexible section.

A sealing joint for assembly of panels to metallic framing for curtain walls for obtaining a good seal along horizontal lines, is made in rectangular frames from specially shaped elements, each consisting of a basic U section (10). One flange of the section has an exterior shoulder (15) and the other is folded back on itself to form a flange (12) in the opposite direction. In the frame, the upper element has the extended flange on the interior whilst the other three elements have their flanges on the exterior. This construction allows frames to fit together, the extended flanges locating on the shoulders of the adjacent frame. Adjacent panels are connected by a cover section in the form of a T, the leg of which forces the flange extensions inwards when inserted.
