The first and second drives are self-contained, mutually independent drives connected to one another by control units. The top-related and bottom-related pairs of conveyor belts of the conveyor system are each driven by self-contained, mutually independent, position-controlled drives. 1. Systems for providing efficient manufacturing of paper, sheet, and/or box products of varying size and structure, often with pre-applied print (“pre-print”), are provided herein. One or more controllers can be used to aggregate orders and information to prepare one or more control plans (e.g., reel maps, reel plans, etc.) for processing a roll of web product through the manufacturing process. The control plan may include a set of instructions for operating one or more systems within the manufacturing process to form the desired finished paper-based product. In such a regard, efficient manufacturing of various paper-based products, including corrugated boxes, folded carton, labels, flexible paper, industrial bags, plates, cups, décor, and many others, can be achieved. The machine head is disposed on the crossbeam. The machine head includes a fixing plate, a cutter holder, a cutting component, a machine head lifting mechanism and a machine head rotating mechanism. A cutter holder guide rode is disposed on the fixing plate; the cutter holder is connected to the cutter holder guide rode; the machine head lifting mechanism is connected to the cutter holder; the cutting component comprises at least two cutter head assemblies mounted on the cutter holder; the machine head rotating mechanism is connected to the cutter head assemblies. 1. A problem to be solved is to achieve higher efficiency and higher accuracy of alignment work in a printed unit block aligning device. Primary cutting and secondary cutting are performed. Then, a group of printed unit blocks is dropped from an upper rail onto a lower rail group perpendicular to the upper rail. The printed unit block aligning device includes supporting means and an alignment transfer rail. The supporting means is opened and closed between a supporting position and a releasing position. The supporting position is a position where the group of the printed unit blocks in each line unit block fed horizontally and transferred from the lower rail group is received. The alignment transfer rail receives the group of the printed unit blocks dropped in response to move of the supporting means to the releasing position, aligns the group of the printed unit blocks in each line unit block in a vertical direction, and feeds the group of the printed unit blocks vertically at a constant speed using alignment transferring means. In this structure, electrical controlling means is provided that electrically controls timing of drop from the supporting means onto the alignment transfer rail. While a speed of transfer of the horizontal feeding and transferring means is determined to be uniform for any imposition structure, the electrical controlling means controls timing of drop in a manner that depends on the numbers of layers in each vertical line in different imposition structures.

An exemplary self-adhered membrane installation device includes a frame, a handle extending from the frame, a carrier for a roll of self-adhered membrane, and a plurality of rollers for feeding the self-adhered membrane through the installation device so that the self-adhered membrane can be applied. 1. A self-adhered membrane installation device comprising:a base frame;at least one handle extending from the base frame;a first frame extending from a first side of the base frame;a second frame extending from a second side of the base frame;a carrier for rotatably receiving a roll of self-adhered membrane and positioned so that the roll of self-adhered membrane does not contact a building surface when the installation device is applied to the building surface;a pressure roller rotatably attached to the first frame and positioned so that at least a portion of the pressure roller presses an adhesive membrane layer of the self-adhered membrane against the building surface when the installation device is applied to the building surface;a support roller rotatably attached to the second frame and positioned so that at least a portion of the pressure roller engages the building surface when the installation device is applied to the building surface; anda collecting roller rotatably attached to the second frame and positioned so that at least a portion of the collecting roller engages the support roller such that rotation of the support roller causes the collecting roller to rotate to collect a backing layer of the self-adhered membrane on a center portion of the collecting roller.2. The self-adhered membrane installation device according to claim 1 , wherein the first side of the base frame is above the second side of the base frame when the installation device is applied to the building surface.3. A printer apparatus according to an embodiment include a printing section configured to print on a roiled paper. A conveyance roller conveys the paper to a discharge port so that an end of the paper extends from the discharge port. A manual cutter blade is positioned downstream of the conveyance roller in a paper conveying direction and upstream of the discharge port in the paper conveying direction. The manual cutter blade contacts the paper and cuts the paper in a manual cutting operation. A skewed conveyance section is positioned downstream of the conveyance roller in the paper conveying direction. The skewed conveyance section conveys the paper in a manner skewed relative to the conveyance roller.
