The preform is placed in a pressure moulding apparatus at an elevated temperature with the preform being located in the apparatus at least in part by the second detent 11 and expanded under pressure to form the body of the container and then the first detent 10 is moved downwards and outwards relative to the second detent 11 so that the first detent 10 projects inwards into the opening for the container and the first detent 10 forms an internal rim.

A method of manufacture of a bottle which may be closed by a push-on closure, apparatus for manufacturing the same, a bottle and a closure for the bottle. A bottle (72) is manufactured in a multi-component assembly. The bottle preform (not shown) is made by an injection moulding technique, having detents on its upwardly and outwardly facing surfaces. It is then transferred to a blow mould where it is first heated, and then shaped by inserting a blow pin (62) through the neck of the preform to stretch it in its longitudinal axis. During this operation, the top surface of the preform is bent down, such that the detent formed on the upwardly facing surface of the preform now extends laterally into the volume of the preform. The stretched preform is then blown to take the shape of the blow mould, forming the bottle (72). A closure is formed by injection moulding, and is held on the bottle by the laterally extending detents.

Described are a mold and molding process for manufacturing devices and containers that are scalable, modular, and lockable laterally and vertically with other like devices or containers. The mold is formed with a cup mold and top end mold sections specially designed to allow for molding and demolding a container with an undercut. 1. A mold apparatus , comprising:a cup mold comprising at least one undercut formed in a vertical wall.2. The mold apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the undercut extends to the height of the cup mold.3. The mold apparatus of claim 1 , wherein the undercut angle ranges between 30 degrees and 75 degrees.4. The mold apparatus of claim 1 , further comprising a top end mold comprising sections that are moveable between an open position and closed position claim 1 , and in a closed position are formed to hold a neck of an article for molding.5. A method for manufacturing a plastic container by internal pressure forming including positioning a tubular preform between the die parts of a molding die having a die cavity; closing the molding die and forming or preforming a container from the preform using internal pressure, wherein a peripheral portion of the preform is pressed out of the die cavity through a die gap; laterally withdrawing the peripheral portion pressed out of the die cavity, as a result of which the container is divided into two container halves; and thermally separating plastic bridges and/or plastic threads which arise during the lateral withdrawal of the peripheral portion. Also disclosed is a molding die suitable for carrying out the method. 1. A method for manufacturing a plastic container by internal pressure forming , the method comprising:disposing a tubular preform between the mold parts of a molding tool having a mold cavity;closing the molding tool and molding or pre-molding from the preform a container by internal pressure, wherein an encircling portion of the preform is pushed out of the mold cavity through a mold gap;laterally tearing off the encircling portion, by which the container is divided into two container halves; andthermally severing plastic links and/or plastic threads which are created when laterally tearing off the encircling portion.2. 본 발명은 유리용기 대체용 합성수지용기의 블로잉 성형장치 및 이를 이용한 블로잉 성형방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 유리 용기, 특히 유리소재 향수병이나 화장품 용기가 갖는 무게감과 안정감, 광굴절 형태와 유사한 합성수지 용기를 블로잉 성형하기 위하여 완성된 용기 보다 긴 프리폼을 이용하여 블로잉 성형함에 있어 블로잉시 프리폼의 저면을 가압하여 용기의 저면이 비후(肥厚)부를 이루도록 하는 상승부재를 금형에 도입한 블로잉 성형장치 및 그 성형방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 유리용기 대체용 합성수지용기의 블로잉 성형장치는 완성된 용기 보다 긴 프리폼을 위한 사출성형 금형; 및 블로잉시 프리폼의 저면을 가압하여 용기의 저면이 비후(肥厚)부를 이루도록 하는 상승부재를 포함하는 블로잉 성형금형;을 포함하여 이루어진다.

Бутылку изготавливают на многокомпонентном оборудовании. Предварительно отформованную заготовку (преформу) бутылки изготавливают способом литья под давлением; причем заготовка содержит упоры на обращенных вверх и наружу поверхностях. Затем преформу переносят в пресс-форму для выдувания, где ее сначала нагревают, а затем формуют путем введения штока через горлышко преформы для вытягивания ее в ее продольном направлении. Во время выполнения этой операции верхнюю поверхность преформы отгибают вниз так, чтобы упор, сформованный на обращенной вверх поверхности преформы, теперь выступал в поперечном направлении в объеме преформы. Вытянутую преформу затем раздувают для того, чтобы она приняла форму пресс-формы для раздувания, в которой формуют бутылку. Крышку формуют способом литья под давлением.
