Изобретение относится к противоэрозийной обработки почвы при возделывании пропашных и многолетних культур в горно-равнинном земледелии. Осуществляют щелевание с нарезкой поливных борозд и рыхлением почвы по ширине полос уплотнения движителей трактора. Первоначально проводят комбинированную деблокированную нарезку двух щелей верхнего слоя почвы совместно с отрывком поливных борозд в отдельности двумя бороздорезами. The invention provides a guidance system for guiding a no-till seeder such that the furrow openers of the seeder travel along the field between the standing stubble rows from the previous crop, thereby leaving the stubble rows standing and reducing plugging of the seeder with crop residue. Lateral movement of the pan sends a steering signal to the adjusting means, conveniently a hydraulic cylinder, via a solenoid valve which cylinder moves the seeder to the left or right relative to the towing vehicle. An illustrative embodiment of an adjustable row cleaner may include a row cleaner assembly that functions to clear material from the ground surface, a biasing member operably engaged with both a row cleaner frame, to which one or more row cleaner wheels may be pivotally mounted, and a lifter first end. The lifter may pivot with respect to the row unit frame and/or row unit sub-frame about a lifter pivot point. The position of a lifter second end may be manipulated, thereby adjusting the maximum depth to which the row cleaner wheels penetrate the ground surface and/or the amount of down force the row cleaner wheels experience. The adjustable row cleaner may be powered or manually adjusted, and the position of the row cleaner wheels may be monitored and automatically adjusted via a control system.

Each wing of a rear folding implement has a wing frame supported on rear wheels for movement along the ground, and a forewing frame and wheel pivotally attached to the wing frame. A center ball joint pivotally connects right and left inner wings and a center wheel assembly supports the center ball joint. The wings extend laterally and the forewing frames are in a lowered position supported on their wheels when in the operating position. To move the wings into a transport position, the implement is towed forward and the wings pivot about the center ball joint to trail rearward and the forewing frames are moved upward to narrow the implement for transport. An agricultural seed planting implement has a frame moveable in an up and down direction relative to soil over which the frame traverses. A seed trench opening assembly mounted on the frame includes disks mounted side by side and having a forming point positioned in between. A wearable insert of plastic is slidably but non-rotatably retained in the forming point to abut the disks when they are deflected. The disks are removable to enable simple replacement of the wearable insert. 1. An agricultural seed planting implement , comprising:a frame moveable in an up and down direction relative to soil area over which the frame traverses;a seed trench opening assembly mounted to said frame and including disks positioned in side-by-side relationship;a forming point positioned in between said opening disks to define the bottom of the seed trench made by said opening disks; and,a wearable insert slidingly mounted on said forming point and extending laterally from said forming point to abut said opening disks as they are deflected toward one another in forming the seed trench, said openings disks retaining said wearable insert in said forming point.2. The agricultural seed planting implement as claimed in claim 1 , wherein at least one of said opening disks is removable for allowing removal of said wearable insert.3. The agricultural seed planting implement as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said insert is non-rotatable relative to said forming point.4. A seed supply system includes a singulating meter with a seed reservoir pressurized to a meter pressure that is in a desired pressure range. A seed supply air stream carries seeds dispensed from a nurse tank to an air release assembly located above the singulating meter. In one embodiment, a spray nozzle is mounted on a planter row unit so as to dispense a carrier containing an agricultural product along a dispensing pattern in alignment with the pattern width of the spray nozzle, in the direction of the furrow. In one embodiment a seed cover assembly is operatively connected to a seed tube assembly. A seed cover application tube is mounted to the seed cover assembly. A seed cover brush is mounted to the outlet end of the seed cover application tube configured to contact the carrier containing the product during the dispensing thereof and brush the carrier containing the agricultural product onto the seed being dispensed from the seed tube assembly. The lining is an impermeable material, and bottom surface incorporates slits to allow plant roots to grow into the soil. The domed covering is a permeable material that covers the furrow by utilizing a domed shape wire frame spaced at intervals. A polyacrylate coating is optionally applied to the furrow cover. A drip irrigation system provides water to the soil mixture inside the lined furrow. The soil mixture includes a water absorbing polymer and an additional planting mediums. A light provides for warming the soil in the furrow to lengthen the growing season. The furrow geometry is shaped by a machine. The furrow shape will alter as the plant grows, in particular, the dome will expand.

A retrofit assembly used to substitute a remotely controlled cylinder for a furrow closing standard spring on agricultural equipment. The retrofit assembly includes a cylinder mount including a cylinder mount tab and a cylinder mount fixture. The cylinder mount is connected to the furrow mount. A furrow closing apparatus is used with a planter that opens a furrow and deposits seeds as the planter moves in a forward direction over the ground. The furrow closing apparatus includes a frame attached to the planter and first and second closing wheels rotatably mounted on respective first and second closing wheel axles. A tilling apparatus and a method of tilling soils which includes the use of a rotational shaft having a number of cutter assemblies located at spaced apart locations on the shaft in which each cutter assembly has a multitude of blades which rotate as the rotary shaft rotates to form a plurality of spaced apart trenches having the same spacing as the spacing of the cutters, and a width caused by the width of the blades. As the blades dig the trench, the soil contacted by the blades is granulated and is tossed about by the spinning blades so that some soil falls back into the trench and some falls along the periphery of the trench to form rows of aerated granules which promote enhanced growth of plants or seeds in the trench and along the edge of the trench to improve the yield of pasture having the trenches. Various attachments can be provided on the tilling apparatus, either in front of or towards the rear of the spinning blades for different purposes, such as rippers, seeders, levellers, or similar. The advantage of the tilling apparatus is that the soil is formed into granules which are used to form an aerated array of soil granules having enhanced growing properties for plants. 1.
