For this purpose, the present invention discloses the protector for protecting an underground conduit, the protector comprising: an upper cover which includes an upper body formed in a half-cylindrical shape, upper transverse flanges formed at opposite ends of the upper body disposed in a lengthwise direction of the upper body in order to connect the upper body to another upper body, and upper longitudinal flanges formed at opposite edges of the upper body disposed in an widthwise direction of the upper body in order to connect the upper body to a lower body, wherein a plurality of bolt holes for fastening of bolts and nuts are formed in a connection surface of each of the upper transverse flanges and the upper longitudinal flanges and are spaced apart from one another by a predetermined interval; and a lower cover which includes the lower body adapted to correspond to the upper body and formed in a half-cylindrical shape, lower transverse flanges formed at opposite ends of the lower body disposed in a lengthwise direction of the lower body in order to connect the lower body to another lower body, and lower longitudinal flanges formed at opposite edges of the lower body disposed in an widthwise direction of the lower body in order to connect the lower body to the upper body, wherein a plurality of bolt holes for fastening of the bolts and the nuts are formed in a connection surface of each of the lower transverse flanges and the lower longitudinal flanges and are spaced apart from one another by a predetermined interval.
