The present invention relates to a wireless inspection device of a pod which is manufactured to be loaded on an aircraft for aircraft load test and a method thereof. According to the present invention, a wireless inspection system of a pod for aircraft load test for inspecting loaded equipment provided in a pod for aircraft load comprises: a wireless transmission and reception device and an inspection device antenna provided in an aircraft and including a pod control device and a pod antenna; and an inspection device including an inspection device controller and an inspection status indicator. The wireless transmission and reception device is operated in a reception only mode for receiving a signal received from the inspection device to minimize electromagnetic wave interference of the aircraft in an activated state. When the wireless transmission and reception device receives a trigger signal that is a wireless inspection signal from the inspection device, the reception only mode is converted into a transmission reception only mode for transmitting inspection data of the loaded equipment to the inspection device.
